Vintage Sterling Silver 1950s Minimalist MCM Flat Round Swivel Cufflinks Never Monogrammed Mirror Finish Modernist
This is a lovely pair of 1950s Hadley Sterling Silver mid century minimalist circle cufflinks. Any marks you may see in the images are from reflection as these are extremely shiny. They were never monogrammed or inscribed. Each link is marked Hadley with the old full word block letter Sterling mark. Size of each circle top measures 11/16" across in diameter. These were an old store display and still retain their original mirror finish. Overall excellent condition. No damage or repair. Only ever used for display. The swivels are strong and secure. They work easily. Lovely addition for any mid century modern men's accessories collection.
Vintage Mid Century Asian Chinese Tall Silver Pottery Porcelain Sherd Ring Good Fortune SZ 5.25
Made for Chinese export in the mid century modern period this is a tall Chinese silver and porcelain or pottery sherd ring which is glazed over with a pale yellow color and has raised Chinese characters indicating "good fortune". It also has some lightly worn green enamel around the border. The good fortune, best of luck design you see in the center is well raised in relief style giving it a very mid century sculptural look. The bezel mounting is 1/4" tall and sits above a raised fancy "V" shaped shoulder that strongly indents into the shank. Ring size is 5.25. Height of ring off finger line is 3/8" tall. The top of the ring is very close to the finger but never actually touches the finger so the bezel and rough pottery won't ever hurt the skin. Very clever design. Overall condition is excellent. No cracks, chips, flakes or abrasion from the pottery. Minor age wear to the band but nicks or dings or splits or resizing to the silver. All hand crafted this is a lovely most unusual piece of mid century Chinese export jewelry that somehow made it to the US and is in completely original excellent condition as found in estate a couple of decades ago for your mid century modern jewelry collection.
Thick Chunky Original 1940s Bakelite Unfinished Bangle Blank For Small Artisan Workshop Restore Upcycle
Simichrome tested and Guaranteed to be old 1940s factory original bakelite bangle blank. It is a thick, solid, heavy, chunky bangle bracelet blank with a flat burgundy matte red color and finish. The center recess was never polished out at the factory. These were originally produced to be used by NYC workshops to create their own artisan bangles by applying various decoration (paints, rhinestones etc...) to the center recess that was left unfinished/blank at the factory. Size mesasures 5/8″ wide and is just about 3/8″ thickness/deep. The inside open space is 2 9/16″ across in diameter. Outside edge circumference is just over 10.5″ around. Inside circumference is 7.5″. Should fit most hand sizes Weight is 48.5 grams. In excellent overall condition it came from the estate of an old jeweler's estate many decades ago. A lovely addition for any bakelite artisan; polish, upcycle etc... add your own inserts or decoration...upcycle to modern fashion trends or add your own unique perspective to the bangle.
Vintage 1980s Mexican Sterling Silver Obsidian Slab Ring Oversized Large Adjustable Sizes 7,8,9,10
Marked Hecho en Mexico, sterling, 925 with a right facing eagle mark this is a 1980s large oval black obsidian gemstone slab ring with an adjustable band. It has pierced and geometric cut work on both the front and back. Guaranteed solid sterling silver with its original natural mined gemstone. Size of top is just over 1 1/4" by 1 1/8". See photos of ring on ruler....it is quite large. The stone looks more like obsidian than a black onyx as it is not as shiny as a well polished onyx and it has a very smooth almost greasy texture so more likely to be obsidian. The stone is bezel set and measures 22mm by 16mm. No chips, cracks, flakes, abrasions, inclusions, scuffing. Overall excellent condition. The sterling setting is also excellent. No tears, deep scratches, dents or dings. Never altered or repaired. All original condition. Ring size is 7 1/2 with the band tightly curved the way you see it in the photo and could be adjusted up to a size 9 or 10 as there is 1/2" overlap that you can see on the upper curve in the photo. Vintage Taxco Mexican Sterling Silver Serious Stern Mask Face Dangle Pendant
This is a small vintage 1980s Mexican, Taxco sterling silver pendant of an elongated masked man with a strong serious facial expression. It is marked TE-42 or which represents Taxco origin by the 42nd Silversmith with a letter "E" initial to register with the Mexican government as a silver maker in Taxco. It is also marked Hecho En Mexico and 925 for sterling silver quality. The face is very deeply recessed with exceptional detail from the raised mask to the deeply inset intaglio eyes to well formed narrow protruding nose and raised pursed lips. The details are very well pronounced. Bail is almost 1/4″ wide inside so it will hold a good sized 5m-6m thick chain. Size is just over 1 3/16" north to south from top of bail to bottom of strongly pointed chin. Width across is slightly less than 1/2″ east to west across the eyes on the sides of the head. Height/depth is 1/4″ from top of nose point straight down to the table. Overall condition is excellent. No damage or repair. Bright and shiny with its original mirror finish. Never altered. Nice smooth casting. All original. This is an unusually well detailed Mexican face pendant for your vintage Mexican silver jewelry collection OR cut off the bail and use it for a showy unusual vintage charm bracelet.
Vintage Italian 925 Sterling Silver Tall Western Hat Pendant Charm Banded Decoration Arrezo Italy
This is a tall 1980s showy vintage 1980s Italian sterling silver creased Western hat pendant for men or women. It is marked with registrations numbers, AR for Arrezo Italy original and 925 for Sterling Silver quality. The top has a concave crease as you would see on a cowboy, cattleman or also women's Western hats. There is also a 3 element banding around the crown. The hallmarks, maker marking, and 925 marks are very small and found on the bail. Bail is almost 1/4" wide inside so it will hold a good sized 6m-7m thick chain. Size is 1 3/8" from top of bail to bottom front of hat. Width across is 3/4" east to west, side to side of the hat. Height is just over 1/4" tall from top crease of hat to bottom rim. Overall condition is excellent. No damage or repair. Bright and shiny like when it was originally made. Never altered. Nice smooth casting. All original. Vintage 1980s Sterling Silver Amethyst Glass Closed Bypass Ring Parts Repair Restore Size 7
Able to be used the way it is but being sold for parts, repair or restoration this is a lovely vintage 1980s sterling silver fixed bypass ring with amethyst glass pear shape stones and an oxidized finished top which originally held marcasites. 7-7.25. The inside is marked 925 for sterling silver quality. There is a scratch mark next to sterling mark which is Not a crack or tear in the silver. The silver is all good Guaranteed sollid sterling silver....not plated. The pear shaped amethysts are very soft pretty pinkish purple color. Size of top measures 5/8" north to south. As the inside tops of the marcasites settings have a darkened finish along side bright shiny prongs that look like antique millgrain work it is very difficult to notice that there were originally marcasites in the oxidized squares when it is worn on the finger unlike the enlarged photos which make the missing stones obvious. Fix, repair, restore or use as is this is a great winter project for anyone who is able to restore antique and vintage jewelry. Or upcycle it with with tiny CZs.

Antique Edwardian Turn of The Century Alvin Sterling Silver Numbered Circle Lapel Sash Pin
This is a lovely hallmarked and numbered Alvin Manufacturing (most famously know for Bridal Rose flatware and sterling silver accessories and jewelry items from 1886 on) sterling silver minimalist turn of the century oval circle pin. See below for information on the "plain silver craze" from 1900 to 1905. It is tested and guaranteed solid sterling silver.....not plated. Size is 1 1/8" north to south by 1 5/8" across east to west. It is completely original from an estate from many years ago and has not been touched or altered. Most unusual in that it was never monogrammed or inscribed. The pin rod sometimes has a tendency to fall under and out of the C Clasp. I assume the clasp should be pushed forward a little so it is tighter or the pin rod changed to a longer rod. This original rod is still sharp at the end so I don't believe that it wore down if that helps...Other than this it is in excellent overall condition. No dents or dings. No Damage or repair. All original. Never altered. No tears or obvious scratches. No gauges. Has some age patina that could be polished out. Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Deep Abstract Bloomed Rose Pendant
Late mid century 1980s stylized heavily sculptured rose pendant marked 925 and made of sollid solid sterling silver. Marked Mexico 925. Tested and guaranteed solid sterling silver…..not plated. Size measures 1 1/4″ tall north to south including the bail by just about 7/8″ across east to west in diameter. Without the bail the rose is just about 7/8″ tall (same diameter). It is very deep and the rose petals are very robust looking. Depth is 3/8″. The top center has sweeping petals that curve in a circular direction amid a center sterling bead resembling a pinwheel. This center sits in an oxidized finished bowl with triangular edges that have pointed petals curving down and under the petals. This oxidized design became very popular among silver worshops during the 1980s late Mid Century brutalist era in Mexico. The triangles are framed within the lowest layer that consists of 4 semicircles. All handmade construction and very, very creative design. It is very well made with thick, strong, solid sterling silver and a fairly wide bail. Overall condition is excellent. No damage or repair. All original. Never altered. no repair. Vintage Antique Hallmarked Sterling Silver Eiffel Tower Pin
This is a Victorian hallmarked sterling silver circle pin depicting the Eiffel Tower which was competed in the 1880s to provide a grand entrance gateway to the Paris Exposition of 1889. It has its original Victorian C Clasp and rod intact. Never jupgraded or changed. You can tell it's a Victorian one as the rod protrudes out significantly from the circle. These long rods were prevalent during the Victorian era and became shorter in later eras. Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver and in excellent original condition. No dents or dings or tears. Never altered or repaired. Completely original. Size is 1" in diameter straight across the center east to west. Pair of 1950s to 1960s sterling silver rounded square men's cufflinks that still retain their original, reflective, mirror like shiny finish. Not worn down. These were rarely used and are in beautiful condition. Each cufflinks is marked full word block letter Sterling along with Hadley maker mark. The top of each square measures 9/16" square in any direction. The swivels are tight, strong and secure. They work well and stay in place. This is a vintage late mid century sterling silver dangle pendant composed of geometric circle atop a down pointing arrow or inverted upside down triangle. This is a vintage late mid century, 1970s to 1980s Mexican sterling silver pendant with a blend of traditional textures, ball design and rectangular with circular geometric styling. All handmade from a Taxco workshop where the silversmith ATI was known to be located in the 1970s and 1980s. It is from an old store display and still holds all of its original, bright shiny mirror like finish. Marked Mexico, 925 and ATI maker mark. See confirmation of original, date and maker below. The round tubular bail allows the pendant to move easily on the necklace chain. It is thick, heavy, strong and very well overall. Should hold a 3mm to near 4mm chain. Having a 3/16″ depth the 3 dimensional rectangle is well raised and very showy amid the other geometric shapes and braid trim around the perimeter forming the background. Tiny Vintage Silver Cherub Angel Charm Pendant Miniature
This is a very small silver charm/pendant of a highly detailed raised angel famously and originally depicted in the Sistine Madonna Painting by Raphael in Italy in 1512. It looks and feel like vintage sterling silver but any marking has worn with age. Size with the bail is 6/16" north to south. Measurement of just the circular angel is 1/2" across in diameter. Antique 1911-1920s PAT Be Prepared Boy Scouts of America BSA Pin C Clasp
This is from an old estate from years ago and has a lot of age patina that has not been touched or polished out ever. Looks like brass or goldtone. Made during the first decade of the Boy Scouts of America Organization this is a "Be Prepared" pin with a 1911 PAT date on the back alongside the BSA logo. It also has it original antique C catch intact and was never updated. Size is 7/8" tall north to south by 3/4" wide east to west. The front has a nicely detailed eagle in the central body of the well formed fleur de lis. The are also raised stars on the arms of the fleur de list and all is on a Victorian style textured gold pebbled background. Overall condition is excellent. No dents or dings or tears or deep scratches. Never altered or repaired. All original. The back pin rod is silver color metal and will need stronger polishing as it has more age patina. Vintage Men’s Sterling Silver Black Onyx Gothic Letter M Initial Ring 1950s Mid Century Size 12 1/2
This is a vintage mid century 1940s-1960s men's sterling silver initial ring with a fancy textured shank, black onyx square cut bezel set gemstone and a fancy Gothic letter M initial on the top. You can see it's an old one as the initial is hand mounted into the stone with a screw and ball closure on the back of the drilled stone. The band is marked with an old full word block letter "STERLING" mark alongside an old hallmarked/punch mark. Ring size is 12 1/2. It will need a good polishing as it came from an estate and has not been touched in many decades. Size of top is 1/2" square. The onyx stone is excellent. Vintage Late Art Deco Sterling Silver Dagger Screwback Earrings 1940s Rhinestone Paste Accents
This is a very well made pair of late Art Deco to early mid century Sterling Silver screwback earrings with long well formed daggers on the fronts that have rhinestone paste collar accents on the dagger handles. See last photo for worn sterling marking. Easily identified as 1940s era costume when sterling silver was used with paste and rhinestones as other metals were needed for the World War II effort. They are marked sterling on the outer ends of the screw findings and the screws still work easily. No tightness or getting stuck in the grooves. Size of each dagger front is 1 3/16" north to south from top of dagger handle to pointed end at the bottom. Width across the dagger body at the wider point is 5/16" east to west across the rhinestone handle and 5/16" across the wider part of the bottom east to west. Overall condition is excellent. No dents or dings. No tears or deep scratches. Screwbacks work well. Old block letter full word "STERLING" mark is a little worn but still visible on the screw ends. All of the rhinestones are clean, bright white and sparkly old cuts.

Vintage 1980s-1990s Real Diamonique 925DQ Sterling Silver Cubic Zirconia Ring Tall Mid Century 7
This is a vintage 1980s-1990s genuine Diamonique sterling silver and cubic zirconia solitaire ring with a tall Mid Century style setting. The mounting has 4 tall thick prongs that flare out in a "V" shape from the center of the front and back giving it a high reach for the large stone in the center. The top also contain a double band which was popular in the late 1980s and 1990s. The top band graduates larger on the sides to completely meet the top stone. The lower band comes to a point in the center similar to a soliitaire diamond setting so as to let a lot of light enter the stone. The band is marked DQ 925. It is also marked and KR in a shield on the other side representing the Kirchner Corporation (originally Kirchner and Renich). Ring size is 7. Cz is approximately 1.5 Carat equivalent diamond weight. Overall condition is excellent. No dents, dings, tears or damage to the band or setting. No cracks, chips, flakes or breaks to the CZ. Entire ring is strong, durable and very well made. This is a vintage 1970s mid century sterling silver and deep red coral bypass ring in size 6 1/2. The inside is marked STER. G for sterling silver made by Gillespie Brothers in New Mexico. The outside of the band has the Gillespie Brothers stylized abstract OASIS marking. The mosaic red coral is set into black epoxy for a strong organic look indicative of 1970s Southwestern mid century design. There is a thick, showy wave design incorporated into the slanted scalloped edges of the ring. The stylized abstract OASIS marked in on both sides of the bypass. Ring size is 6 1/2 and the size is adjustable. The top bypass width is just about 3/4" wide north to south. Overall condition is all original and excellent. Made between 1880 and 1910 this is a beautiful Arts & Crafts sterling silver belt or sash buckle made by Codman Sterling who was affiliated with Gorham sterling. The Codman family was highly regarded for its handwrought Arts & Crafts sterling silver accessories. The top is decorated with well rasied and finely detailed blossoms with bellflowers. Size of buckle is 2 7/8" tall down the center of the body. The center is measurement is longest. The outer edges corner point down to corner point is 2 1/8" tall. East to west across the center is 2". Weight is 31.3 grams. Overall condition is excellent. The mechanism with the 2 teeth to go into the belt or sash works freely and easily. Vintage 1920s-1940s Old Mark Art Deco Era Mexico Silver Sterling Amethyst Barrel Cut Pendant
This is an older vintage Art Deco Mexican sterling silver and barrel cut natural amethyst pendant. It has the old 1920s-1940s marking of Mexico Silver to indicate the metal is at least sterling silver quality. It is also tested strongly as sterling silver and is likely a higher grade. Quite often the silver used during this era in Mexico was actually 950 to 980 quality particularly if there were gemstones in the jewelry. Much better than sterling purity of 925. The amethyst is beautifully polished and the silver has fine hand crafting. The top has a hook bail that reaches over the top from the back toward the front and it has a tiny hole at the end circle which just sits atop the front ball on the top face of the pendant.; it doesn't snap over the ball. The opening will hold a 2-3mm chain. Size of pendant is 1 3/16″ tall north to south by 7/8″ wide across east to west across the center of the body ball end to ball end. The depth is over 1/4″ as the amethyst barrel cut very tall and deep. The amethyst quartz on this one is lovely and overall condition is excellent having minimal age wear; few surface abrasions only, that are not eye noticeable. This is an absolutely gorgeous large oversized vintage mid century sterling silver ladies vanity compact in solid sterling silver. it is marked with an old full word, block letter word Sterling next to the back hinge on the outside rim. Although the sterling silver is in excellent condition all the way around, top and bottom being free of dents or dings or deep scratches it will need the following: a hinge repair, the mirror reglued, and a professionally polishing out as it still contains some of the original 1960s protective lacquer coating. It will stay closed and is able to be used on a vanity or table display without a hinge repair. I can close the top and lift it without the bottom falling out... The top has a gorgeous large raised bouquet of flowers containing blooming roses as well as a heavily raised circular beaded border. The back has an engine turned overlapping wave pattern of various sizes amid 6 rows of engine turned diamond decoration between the groups of waves throughout. Lovely decoration that you would never find on ladies' accessories today. Size of compact is 4 1/8" across in diameter. It is also deep measuring 3/8" from the top cover to the vanity table. Weight WITHOUT the mirror is heavy at 112 gr. of solild sterling silver. It is from the estate of original owner and is in all original excellent condition other than the issues cited above. This is a very large showy noticeable sterling compact ofr your vintage and antique ladies' accessories collection or vanity. Vintage Art Deco St. Anthony of Padua with Jesus Apostle Saint Spoon Catholic Italy
This is a 1930s-1940s vintage Art Deco spoon with a finial of St. Anthony of Padua on a pedestal holding Jesus in his right arm. He is easily identified by his classic iconography: wearing a Franciscan friar's habit with a tonsure haircut, and tenderly carrying the infant Jesus in his arms. Since it is made of all silver metal with no brass or other metal coming through it is likely made of either a very, very heavy silver plate or continental 800 silver with a worn marking from Italy. There is no visible maker mark or silver purity mark. There is however a worn mark on the pedestal holding St. Anthony of Padua which is not legible. Likely the area of Italy where the spoon was made. These saint and apostle spoons were popular Italian souvenir spoons in Italy in the early century. This one measures 4 1/4" tall north to south by 1/4" across the top east to west by almost 3/4" across the bowl of the spoon. Overall condition is excellent. No damage or repair. No deep scratches. Never inscribed. A lovely addition for your vintage and antique religious flatware collection.
Antique 1920s European Continental 800 Silver German Maker Etui Cigarette Case Wallet Business Cards
This is a lovely antique European continental 800 silver small cigarette case with a fancy BEA monogram in the center cartouche. No damage, no dents, no dings, no repair. Needs fresh polishing. It is marked 800UKA which was a German maker in the 1920s known for 800 silver pocket items such as this and other etuis which were small, decorative cases used to hold needles, cosmetics, or other small items. Today these small silver cases are often used as wallets and for business cards or other cards. Size is 3 1/8" north to south by 2" wide east to west by 3/8" deep. Weight is 50.3 grams. This case is extremely well made with a very strong spring jointed hinge. It pops open easily and when closed you can hear a very loud snap so you know it is locked in place. It still works great. The front has a fancy Art Deco linear pattern in the silver and the back has the same matching pattern. The perimeter is decorated with small fancy repousee flourishes all the way around. Condition is excellent. No dents or dings. No damage or repair. All original, Never altered. The inside has its original gold gilt that is all intact. Not worn down. This came laid around in an estate for many decades and developed a tarnish mark in a line going around the center. It has not been touched or polished out in many, many years. It must have been wrapped in something that left a tarnish mark front and back. Other than this it is in wonderful condition. Marked Italy 925 and tested as solid sterling silver this is a lovely vintage late mid century 1980s panther link bracelet. Very showy with raised engineered watchband style panther linkage which had a popular boom in the 1980s (think Cartier watchbands of the 1980s which underwent major change to fluid panther design bracelets). Size is 7.25" long not including the tongue clasp which closes into the bracelet. Designed to fit a universal 7" wrist. Width is 1/2" cross. Weight is 21.1 grams. The panther chaining has 1/8" depth or thickness. The locking clasp is strong and secure; the safety catch is equally secure. Overall condition is excellent; very gently used if ever. Antique Early 1900s Jennings Brothers Luxury Silver Plated Trinket Snuff Pill Round Box Cylindrical
This is a lovely early 1900s heavy silver plated cylinder box Jennings Brothers of Connecticut. Rightfully assessed as a foremost luxury brand of high quality silver plated snuff boxes, pill boxes, jewelry boxes and other fine accessories this particular cylinder box has absolutely no wear the silver plating at all. It is marked JB in one hallmark and CO in another hallmark in side the hinge joint. You can see it with a loupe but i could only capture the CO mark with the camera. Size is 1 7/8" across in diameter. Height from top of box to bottom without the handle is 1 1/8" tall. With the handle it is 1 1/2" tall. The top of the box has a hand applied gold filled Victorian to Edwardian era stiff cuff link which is used as a handle to lift the lid open. The lids on silver boxes of this era sit completely flush with the body and are not easy to open so the link was applied to be used as a handle. It lifts and closes easily. Other than one ding on the bottom edge it is in excellent condition. All silver intact and no indication that it will wear in the future. No tears or deep scratches. never monogrammed or inscribed. The inside still retains its original blue velvet liner. This is a lovely antique cylinder box for your men or ladies accessories collection. Good for pills, jewelry, snuff, vanity displays etc.....It is strong and durable. Weight is just under 50 grams.

Vintage Mid Century 1950s-1960s Mexican Sterling Silver Compact Aztec Design
This is a very strong and well made Mid Century Mexican sterling silver ladies' compact with a deeply recessed Aztec border and a beautifully decorated Aztec pattern on the inside. It is marked Patente Pend. (patent pending) Hecho Mexico, AVB (maker mark) Sterling, 925, left facing eagle with #29 which has been identified as belonging to maker AVB. Size is 3" across in diameter by 5/16" thickness top tof lid to bottom of base. Weight is 101.6gr with the mirror which is approximately 22%-25% of total weight. The original powder puff is very worn but still contained in the compact along with its netted sifter. The original mirror is still intact and excellent. The case was never monogrammed or inscribed. The best part of the compact is the powder puff cover with all of the inside geometric Aztec symbols. Both the case and the inside cover work securely. Both have that loud snap when they are closed and they remain securely closed; won't reopen. The latches are strong and secure. The pop up opening for the inside cover is fine; just press the silver button with your nail and the cover pops up to reveal the powder. This compact has not been polished out in many decades and has 2 very small dings on top (one of which is so shallow that it is not eye noticeable). Other than it is in excellent condition. Never monogrammed. Never altered or repaired. No deep scratches, gauges or tears. From the estate of the original owner. Kept all original and not freshly polished out. This is a vintage British sterling silver Art Deco ladies compact with its original mirror, powder puff and net sifter. It is marked with lion passant to indicate solid sterling silver, the anchor to show Birmingham origin and the letter M consistent with the origin year date of 1936. Additionally, is also has the D&F hallmark maker mark stamp for Deakin and Francis silversmiths. The top has a strong geometric Art Deco pattern consisting of tight parallel waves amid a sunburst pattern that draws the eye to the top semicircle which contains parallel half circles. The interesting part of the wave and burst pattern combines is that when you move it in lighting the waves look like they are rippling across. Size is 3" across in diameter and depth is 3/16. Vintage Early 1950s Mid Century Sterling Silver Sunburst Compact Never Monogrammed Kotler & Kopit
Made by Kotler and Kopit between the 1930s and the 1950s this is a lovely deep sterling silver ladies compact with an engine turned engraved sunburst pattern on top alongside a tight concentric parallel circles pattern with the rays of the sunburst leading the eye toward a smooth shiny sterling silver center circle that was never monogrammed or inscribed. The mirror and original netted insert for the powder is intact. Both latches, hinges and locks work strongly and securely. You can hear the loud snap when they are closed and they stay closed without reopening. The back has some minor shallow surface dings and the top has all over age wear surface scratches. No deep scratches, gauges or tears. The mirror is removable and replaceable. It is intact and fits perfect but need to be retaped in the back as the original tape has dried out over the years and it has come loose. This came from an estate where it had not been polished out in many decades and a fresh professional polish will remove most of the surface age wear scuffs. The spring hinge for the powder compartment is also strong and secure. Additionally, the cover has a highly reflective finish and provides a secondary mirror if needed. Size of compact measures 3″ across in diameter by 3/8″ deep. Weight is 92.2 grams WITHOUT the mirror. Overall condition is excellent, gently used.
