Cufflinks

This is a pair of showy vintage hand cut amethyst glass Soviet era 1958 to 1960 men's or women's chain link cufflinks. They are hallmarked 875 silver and have a thick gold overlay. The amethyst glass is a half moon faceted cut so it is like cut crystal and it has lavender color. Looks good against the gold overlay. Size of each amethyst glass is 5/8" across the top by 3/8" wide by 1/4" deep. The bar across the back is 5/8 by 3/16'." From top of amethyst glass to the bottom bar measures just about 1". Overall condition is excellent. No chips or cracks or flakes. All original. No repair. The gold is intact and not worn off. From an estate from many years ago this is a lovely pair of fine quality chainlink cufflinks for your vintage jewelry collection.

Purchased from an old Art Deco estate many years ago this is a lovely pair of hardly ever used heavy gold plated fraternal cufflinks. They are old Art Deco chain link. Even better and bright than the photo these are in wonderful condition. No scratches, dents, dings. No wear to the gold at all. Strong, solid, durable construction as you would expect fromt his era. Great pair of 1970s vintage Mid Century brutalist cut Austrian crystal art glass men's cufflinks in blues, teals, greens, aquas etc...They silver plated with vintage brushed silver textured backs. Each top is a large oval and measures 7/8" by 11/16". Given the deeply cut brutalist design of the tops they measure almost 1/4" from the bottom of the bezeled setting straight up to the top. They came from an estate years ago and have been kept in clean, excellent, no wear condition. All of the silver is intact, still bright and shiny like when it was originally made in the 1970s. The swivel are well constructed, thick and strong. No damage or repair. All of the Austrian art crystal is good. No chips or flakes. No wear. A most unusual and showy pair of beautifully colored cufflinks for your vintage mid century men's jewelry and accessories collection.

This is the way these came from an estate many years ago. They are from the 1960s to 1970s which was an experimental period for mid century design men's cufflinks where cufflinks often came in 2 different colors. In this case one has an orange Rivoli rhinestone and and the other has a gold Rivoli glass rhinestone in the center. Both are clean, crisp and clear. They are flat and faceted on the edges with no pint in the back for which Rivoli is well known. The glass is not sick or discolored. Both are gold mesh 1970s matching wrap around cufflinks and in excellent original condition. All of the gold is intact and still bright and shiny. Both have the older S in a shield Swank marking likely making these from the 1960s. No damage or repair. The stones are 9/16" by 1/2". From the outer edge of the stone setting straight down to the end the link attachment is 1 1/2" long. The mesh section is 3/8" wide across. Pair of vintage 1930s Art Deco Chainlink cufflinks in white gold or rhodium plate. They were never monogrammed or inscribed. Other than some age wear on the backs they are in excellent overall condition. No dents or dings. No cracks, splits or repair. Art Deco Mens 14K White Gold Bar Chain Cufflinks Cuff Links - This is a very fancy pair of 1920s-1930s cufflinks with fancy engraved tops and bar chain backs. They are marked 14 White and are also jeweler tested and guaranteed solid 14K white gold.....not plated or filled or a shell. They are solid gold. This is a pair of vintage late Art Deco to early Mid Century sterling silver Knollwood Gold Club enameled mens cufflinks from Chicago with a 1949 Patent Date. They are marked sterling and Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. They are also marked PAT: 2472958. This pair has an Art Deco stepped design in the silver on the front along with green enameled K in shield cartouches and swivel backs. They are hand enameled and one has a very slightly deeper shade of green than the other. Size of tops is 11/16" north to south by 9/16" wide across the center east to west. Weight is 11.3 grams. Condition is excellent, very gently used. All enamel work intact. No worn enamel. All sterling silver is still thick and solid. Not worn down. No dents or dings. No repair or alteration of any kind. Completely original estate item. Not freshly polished. Light age wear in the back. Very well made with thick sterling silver and strong swivels that work with with ease. Never monogrammed or inscribed. This is a lovely vintage estate find for anyone who collects golfing memorabilia or antique and vintage cufflinks.
