Art Deco Tiffany & Co Sterling Silver Stamp Holder Dispensary Desk Accessory Never Monogrammed
This is a vintage Art Deco Tiffany & Co sterling silver desk accessory stamp holder dispensary which holds a roll of stamps and a slot on the side so you can manually dispense the stamps as needed. It is marked Tiffany & Co and also marked with an old full word black letter sterling mark which was commonly used in the Art Deco and early mid century periods. It has a highly detailed mix of linear engraving and textured geometric circular patterns on the top and side. There are multiple concentric circles that draw you toward the smooth center which was never monogrammed. Between the concentric ring there is a repetitive pattern resembling tiny diamond cut characteristic of engine turned metalwork which created a textured reflective surface. The outer edge of the lid and the bands wrapping around the cylinder body have a tight beaded or dotted pattern. The cylindrical is decorated with fine, closely spaced parallel lines to give the metal a satin style finish. Size is 2" across in diameter by 1 1/4" tall. Weight is 39.1 grams. Overall condition is excellent, gently used. Never altered or repaired. All original. Never monogrammed. No dents or dings. No tearls or deep scratches. From an estate from many years ago and needs a fresh polishing.

This is a vintage late Art Deco to early mid century sterling silver lady's compact. It is marked Hand Made in Siam, Sterling, Thainakon. Nice and weighty solid sterling silver. The inside is missing its mirror but the separate bezel for the side that holds powder is intact. Weight is 72.5 grams. The locking latch is present and when pressed down you can hear the loud locking snap but it doesn't stay locked once you release the latch. So, it will need a latch adjustment and a small mirror glued into on side. The niello work is all intact; it medium matte finish black; not a shiny black, more like a raw black granite or slate black. The dancer are beautifully etched into the sterling on both sides and you can see that they were done by an experienced hand. Both are very intricately detailed and well crafted. As of today the scrap sterling silver price is just about $2/gram. This is a lovely older vintage handmade compact for your vintage and antique lady's accessories collection or vanity display.

Antique 1900-1910 Edwardian Art Nouveau Czech Amethyst Molded Glass Stickpin Hatpin Jabot Stick Pin
Large antique Edwardian Art Nouveau molded amethyst Bohemian Czech glass large button style stickpin with a rose cut black jet glass center. Size is 3 5/8" tall from top of amethyst glass head down to pin point. The glass head measures just about 1 1/2" across in diameter. The molded amethyst glass has an intricate, multi-layered geometric pattern, giving it a textured look. It also has delicate bead accents around the border and faux-pierced details around the center stone in order to mimicking the fine metal work of the Edwardian era. The center holds a round rose cut black jet glass paste stone indicative of its age and also made of original Czech art glass. The pin itself is hand crafted with the rod being deeply set into the head; if you hold it to the light you can see that the rod goes very deep into the glass. The rod has a little sway but does not come out? Possibly intended by the maker so it could be used on thick overcoat without any chance of breaking the rod off the amethyst glass. Or it has come a little loose over the years. When the rod is pulled, it is still very strongly attached. You can see the rod was originally set into the glass with jeweler's bench cement which was made primarily from natural flake shellac. This cement was prevalent among jewelers during the Edwardian era as it would strongly hold the item and waterproof it at the same time and it is still used today. It is all original and has not been altered or modified. The glass head is in excellent overall condition. No gauges, cracks, chips or breaks. The metal rod is also excellent but has some age wear. This is a gorgeous example of early Czech art glass for your antique jewelry and stickpin, hat pin, jabot collection.

This is a Retro Art Deco 1940s to 1950s expansion bracelet with gancy white gold plated filigree and green and white paste stones. It has a folding top which doubles as the hidden locking mechanism. The bracelet itself looks like an early filigree expansion band from a wrist watch. Sentinel was part of the Ingraham watch company and known for their expansion bracelet watches but this bracelet has no watch, Although the folding mechanism works with east the little tooth that holds the lock in place has worn down. If you look at the open images you will see the little hole but the little tooth that goes into it is very tiny. You can feel it lock into place but it doesn't stay closed for very long. All of the filigree is good and all of the Art Deco paste stones are original. Size is extra small. This inside diameter is 5 1/4" around in diameter which would be typical of the Art Deco era and it expands up to a size 6". I am a size 6 1/2" and it is tight on me but eventually pops open. It measures exactly 6" in diameter on the inside when stretched. Other than the worn lock it is in excellent overall condition. 1900 Antique Shoe Vanity Brush Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Webster Daisies 1895-1915 Restore Recycle
This is a fancy antique 1890-1915 sterling silver Art Nouveau hand brush, shoe brush, clothes brush or mens dresser/womens vanity brush. It is marked on the top in full word block letter sterling and has a fancy monogram. Guaranteed solid sterling silver, not plated. The bristles have dried out with age and need some type of treatment so they don't keep breaking off as they are very brittle. The top is also loose but has not come apart from the celluloid. Having a gorgeous top, this would be a beautiful brush with some restoration/repair or for recycling the sterling top.

Antique 1920s Platinum Sterling Silver Citrine Paste Edwardian Art Deco Filigree Ring Size 7.5
**Early ring, filigree is very fine and delicate; not thick like photo......Gorgeous antique large citrine paste fancy open work filigree ring made between 1915 late Edwardian and 1920s early Art Deco. It is marked sterling and has that fine lacy platinum color that you only find on Edwardian era into 1920s jewelry. The later filigree jewelry has different color and thickness; not fine lacy platinum. The top also has a wide mounting with the same filigree wrapped around the top down to the band. Top of ring sits 1/4" above the finger line. The citrine paste has beautiful gold color and sparkle and is completely original to the ring. Size of top measures 7/16" north to south by 1/2" east to west. The citrine paste measures just about 13mm by 10mm. As is common with antique past it has abrasion on the top but the stone is so deeply color and sparkly that any scratches are only eye obvious with inspection. All of the prong tip are intact; no missing or worn down so the stone still fits securely in the mounting. Ring size is an original 7.5. It was never resized and this is very unusual for this era as women's fingers were on average much smaller back then compared to today. These antique filigree rings are always found in a much smaller size. As per AI the average women's wedding ring size was size 5. You can also see that this is the original band. If you look closely at the photos you will see that the band is wider on the outside than the inside. In other words, the part that touches the bottom of your finger has a shorter width and extends down longer on the sides. This is why so many of these antique rings have bends that are very worn down or replaced or resized. This one is all original and Not worn down. More modern jewelry from mid century to now is exactly the opposite with the wider part of the band being the part that touches your finger. Overall condition is excellent. This is an absolutely gorgeous early paste filigree ring for your antique jewelry collection. Nice and big and showy.

Overall condition is excellent, gently used. No dents or dings or tears or scratches. Some age wear on the back. All original and never modified or altered.
