Vintage 14k Gold Christmas Stocking Charm Movable Stuffable Top
Vintage 14K yellow gold Christmas stocking charm with a movable top lid so it can be stuffed. It came from a vintage 1960s charm bracelet and is jeweler tested and guaranteed to be solid 14K gold. This is a small and very well made charm. The 14K gold is thick as you would expect from a vintage charm and the weight is 2.7 grams. The top lid is hinged and the inside is recessed with a small open chamber to hold memorable items like hair locks, tiny photos, pieces of fabric, etc.... Size measurements are 11/16" tall north to south from top of lid to bottom of stocking by 1/4" wide across and 3/8" across the bottom of the stocking. Condition is excellent, very gently used. No damage or repair. No deep scratches or tears. The criss cross pattern in the stocking is still crisp and not worn down. The 14K gold is still thick and sturdy. This is a vintage hand made red Italian glass estate rosary in a small size probably used by a child or young teen. It is completely made by hand; the beads have slight size variations. The original metal tag is intact and reads: Made in Italy. Normal age wear. Not polished. Size is 17 1/4" long. The crucifix is flat and measures 3/4". The beads are deep showy garnet red color. This is am early Art Deco rare medal as a limited amount were made and many did not survive. Made to celebrate the rare Vatican Holy Year 1925 Pope Pius XI jubilee this is a souvenir pendant, medal or fob with Pope Pius XI on one side and the Vatican on the other side. It is still very crisp with excellent detail. The silver is smooth, NOT rough like the photo. Sorry for photo glare. Excellent Condition. Minor age wear. Clean but not freshly polished out. This is a lovely vintage 1970s fancy 925 sterling silver metal cross pendant with lots of hand cut diamond cut work, fancy pebbled texturing, and round circular hand cut silver discs in the center and on center end of each arm giving it a fancy trefoil look. It is lightly marked 925 on top of the bail and quite visible once you find it. It has also been jeweler tested and is Guaranteed solid sterling silver...not plated. Please see the last photo for marking. It also has a very large, wide bail so it could float on a thick neck chain or it was possibly originally used on a rosary and then converted with this large bail. Either way it looks very pretty. If you look closely at the photos you can see the hand cut circles and all of the diamond cut work throughout lending it somewhat of a sparkly look. Size is 2 1/8" tall north to south by 1 3/16" wide across east to west. It has some age patina in the grooves on the back that has not been polished out. Overall condition is excellent. No damage or repair. All original. Very well kept all these years. Marked, tested and Guaranteed to be solid 14K gold. The bell has a clacker which makes noise when moved. The Lord's Prayer, "Our Father" is very, very tiny so you have to look for it....Size is 7/8" tall North to South WITHOUT the bale by 3/8" wide and 5/16" deep. With the bail it is 1 1/8" tall. Large Vintage Stering Silver Merry Christmas Tree Charm
This is a large vintage sterling silver Merry Christmas charm with a raised enameled and jeweled Christmas tree on top. Marked sterling and from a group of 1950s-60s jewelry. Size is 1 3/8" by 1". Condition is excellent, very gently used. Very light faint age wear. The sterling silver still has its original bright shiny finish. It is from an estate and was likely never attached to a bracelet as the condition is so excellent. The back was never monogrammed or inscribed. Weight is 5.1 grams. Able to used as a showy pendant for the holidays or on a big silver charm braceletor dangling from a charm holder. A lovely addition for your vintage collection. Just the tree alone inside the charm is almost 1" tall, bright and colorful! REd and green hand applied enameling and red and green rhinestones. Looks lovely!
