Description
This is a vintage Native American Zuni double sided sterling silver dangling cross pendant with natural red coral on one side and natural turquoise gemstones on the other. It is well made by hand, is not marked and has been jeweler tested and is guaranteed to be solid sterling silver….not plated. You can see how the 2 separate sides were joined together by hand with a slab of sterling silver in the center and that the bail was affixed to the top by hand. One side has hand cut and bezel set turquoise cabochon stones and the other side has hand cut and bezel set natural red coral stones. Size is 1 3/4″ tall north to south with the bail by 1 1/8″ wide across east to west. Overall condition is very good. This is a lovely 2 sided red and turquoise gemstone cross for your vintage statement jewelry collection. Just add a chain or use as a rosary centerpiece dangle. Also makes a lively fob.
