Most unusual vintage mid century 1960s to 1970s Danish modernist artistic made crucifix composed of old vintage rosewood or teakwood and a silver metal figure of Christ with wire wrapped crown of thorns nailed to the cross. Lovely minimalist design with highly noticeable mid century hand crafting. Size is 1 7/16″ tall North to South alone Without the bail by just about 1″ wide across the arms east to west. Just add a chain and you will have a most unusual vintage modernist crucifix statement necklace or for use with as a fob or with an unusual wooden mid century rosary.
