Description
Vintage 1950s to 1960s estate brooch made of heavy gold plating, natural jade, and original mid century cream white cultured pearls. It is in excellent, very gently used condition. No gold wear. All gold intact, like new. All of the pearls are well matched in size and color with a very soft pretty luster and the jade is medium and deep green color with internal spider webbing which you can clearly see when you hold it into the light. This jade stone is large measuring 22mm which is approximately 6.4 cts. The pearls measure 3.5 – 4mm each and are very lustrous. Size of entire brooch is 1 1/8″ across in diameter. Overall condition is very excellent. Never altered. All original as found in estate decades ago. This is a lovely mid century gemstone brooch for your fine vintage jewelry collection.
