It is marked Sterling, Mexico(older 1950s mark), is all hand made and features a beautiful Aztec tribal face with headwear. Size is 2 5/8" from top to bottom by 2" across. It has sharp, crisp design. Condition is vintage used. It has 2 tiny 1m spots of missing surface grout from age.Very Minor - If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't find it....very tiny like 1m bubbles. Very Large Mexican Sterling Silver Mosaic Lapis Malachite Donkey Lapel Pin
This is an extra large, thick, vintage, handmade, Mexican Sterling Silver mosaic pin inlaid with malachite and sodalite/lapis stone. It is marked Mexico, N-44, 925. Size is extra large and measures 2 9/16″ long by 1 5/8″ wide north south on the cactus and 1 1/4″ wide north south on the donkey. Weight is Heavy at 17gr. The hand crafting is lovely with a very pretty mix of stones. From the back one can see that the sterling is hand wrought. All of the mosaic work is full and smooth with a thickly applied laminate finish so that all of the mosaic will always stay intact. Condition is excellent, gently used having only light faint surface scuffs to the silver that are Not eye obvious at all when the pin is used. All mosaic is intact. No dents, dings, tears, chips, deep scratches, gauges etc...No wear to the stones. Never repaired or altered in any way. Completely original. This is a great big showy Art Deco retro sterling silver insect pin with rhinestones and a large ruby glass center. It is Marked Sterling. Also tested and Guaranteed solid sterling silver. As it has some light remnants of a light gold wash it is original vermeilled jewelry from the 1930s. Most of the gold wash has worn with age. It has all around light age wear. It is also handmade. If you look at the photos you can see the soldering joints near the bottom of the prongs for the red glass stone and in the same places in the back. All of the stones are bright, clear, deeply colored. No cracks, chips, nicks, flakes, or abrasions. All good stones. The sterling would look great with a professional jeweler polish. Other than this, it is in excellent condition. Very geometric in form it is readily identifiable as Art Deco Retro period. Size is large at 2 7/8" long by 1 1/2" wide across. Weight is 20.3 grams. This is a stunning antique Victorian carved purple red rhodolite garnet stickpin having has the best quality raspberry color. Both the setting and stick are solid 10K yellow gold. As expected, the clutch is not gold as they rarely are. All parts have been thoroughly jeweler tested and are guaranteed solid 10K gold. Tests strongly at 10K and is likely a bit higher grade as is common with antique goldsmith made jewelry. Its original tiny natural sea pearls are hand jeweled onto the top of the rhodolite garnet. Other than a very tiny edge nick that is so small that a jeweler or lapidary could polish out but is not necessary as it is not eye catchy. Other than this, it is in excellent condition. No damage or wear to the gold. No cracks to the stone. Never repaired or altered in any way. All original stones and pin. Size is 2 1/2" long. The rhodolite garnet is 8mm across. It does not come off once it is closed in place. Additionally, the curves on the gold edges are also extremely well made. They wont easily bend.

For sale is an Edwardian to Early Art Deco hand carved cameo shell pin set in a 14k white gold frame. The frame features fancy fleur de lis prongs, filigree open work on the sides and an engraved twist design on the gold edges. The frame is marked 14k. Cameo has a beautifully carved border, rosettes, pansies, strong facial features and hair. Weight is 7.1 grams. Size is 1 3/4" tall North to South by 1 5/16" wide East to West. The condition is excellent with no cracks, chips, flakes, dents or damage. It has one thin scratch line on the back but it is not visible on the front. The natural shell has a deep curve which causes the cameo to sit higher in the setting on the top and bottom than on the sides. This is characteristic of the piece of shell that was used. Antique Chinese Silver 1920s stick pin with gold gilt and natural jade cabochon stones. It is marked Silver and tested as sterling silver quality. Collectors of Old Chinese import will recognize the "Silver" mark as sterling silver with gold gilt. It is fancy filigree with a raised gold edges and twisted gold bezels. The jade has natural age inclusions as you see in photos. The center stone is 5mm and the outer stones are 3mm each. All of the stones are medium apple green color with semi translucence.
