Vintage late Art Deco to early Mid Century large, chunky, fancy filigree Kigu Pin from an English estate and in wonderful condition. This is a rare and hard to find item with only a few ever showing up on google search in this thick, chunky, filigree marcasite style. Size 2 1/4" by 1 3/16. Signed and in excellent condition this is a lovely early Kigu brooch for your vintage jewelry collection! Looks like it was rarely used!

Hungarian hereditary jeweler Gustav Kiashek, the son the famous master goldsmith Josef Kiashek, lived in Budapest. Initially, he produced compacts in his own workshop. Gustav had three sons – Charles, Paul and George. The eldest son, Charles moved to London and successfully worked as a goldsmith. Meanwhile, the youngest son, George moved to London where he founded his own jewelry company in 1939. He named it Kigu after his father Gustav Kiashek having used the first two letters of his surname and forename. For about half a century, Kigu produced costume quality pieces that have stood the test of time. However, in the 1980s another famous company, known for their compact and dressing table trinkets, as well as their brooches, bought Kigu.
Traditionally, Kigu jewelers created high quality costume decorations with lots of design and filigree details, marcasite, rich gold plating, rhinestones and stunning gems.

This is a small/medium sterling silver and gold overlay ruby heart pendant with its original fancy ruby bail. It is marked 925 with maker marks and has a heavy gold overlay. It is also thick, solid and very well made. Size is 7/8" tall with the bale by 5/8" wide across the shoulders. It has 1.15 carats of all natural, mined, deep dark red sparkly rubies. Condition is excellent, gently used. All of the gold is intact. Just add a chain and you will have a lovely genuine ruby heart necklace for your collection.

Antique Victorian Fob Mendele Sforim Grandfather of Yiddish Literature Judaica
This is an antique mid to late 1800s Victorian Era Judaica pendant, medal, fob of Mendele Mocher (Moykher) Sforim also known as Shalom Jacob Abromovich, the "Grandfather of Yiddish Literature." He coined many words in Hebrew and his works are well-known today. He passed away in 1917. This pendant medal or fob is from an estate and looks like solid bronze. It is made of 1 piece and is still in excellent condition. It has quite a bit of dark patina from age and has not been polished out. Looks like bronze. A lovely literary estate item for your antique Judaica collection.

Gorgeous vintage heavy gold plated late mid century enamel collar necklace and earrings set signed DG with a copyright marking. Beautiful Excellent, No Gold Wear, No Enamel Wear Condition. From an estate and hardly ever rarely used. Completely original, never altered or repaired in any way. Very much like when it was originally made in the 1970s. Size of necklace is Small/Medium 14 1/4″ neck circumference by 13/16″ wide on the center element. The earrings are Large pierced posts with omega backs. Well made. They measure 2 1/4″ North to South from the top of the white rectangle down to the bottom of the large brown rectangle. Width across the hoop East to West is 1 7/16″. This is a big beautiful late mid century set for your vintage jewelry collection. The enameling is showy with gold highlights amid the chocolate color.

Vintage Mid Century Handmade French Crystal Art Glass Bowl
This is a gorgeous vintage mid century heavy modernist French crystal amorphic bowl in excellent condition. Original owner says it came from France and was also used in fine restaurants in France and cruise ships in the 1960s. We had 2 of these and sold one years ago. The buyer recognized it and confirmed the owners story that it was originally from France and came with a metallic paper label. But I don't know which glass company made it as the label is missing. It is a beautiful piece with fine workmanship. The bottom is recessed in such a way as to make 4 large finger/hand grip. Lovely design and very heavy for its size at 2.2 pounds. It measures 5 5/8" across East to West in the center by 5 1/2" deep in the center by 3 7/8" tall North to South. Condition is excellent having very minor age wear. No cracks or chips or flakes or repair. This is a lovely piece for your mid century modern glass collection.
RARE Antique 1914 Bronze and Copper Orig Elks Lodge Pendant Wall Fixture
Originally from an Elk's Lodge in New York City this is a very rare and hard to find antique 1868 to 1914 Elks Hanging Pendant Fixture for wall, foyer or above doorway. I understand that very, very few of these exist today. The elk is made of solid bronze (NOT plated) and the back is solid copper (not plated). The chain is original. The insignia of the state of NY is prominently applied to the front. Size without the chain is 8" across in diameter. Depth is 4 1/2" from the tip of the antler to the back of the base. The back has a lot of age wear oxidation and patina which could be polished down to the copper. The front has an applied painted finish that is wearing off. The back has a lot of age patina. Other than this it is excellent. No dent or dings. No damage or repair. Sits flat on table without a wobble. Still all even. This piece would be lovely stripped down to its original bronze and copper. A great, authentic, original item for an advanced Elks collector.

This is a lovely late Art Deco hand cast and hand made platinum and 18K yellow gold clean quality brilliant cut natural diamond ring. It is marked PLAT 18K on one side of the band and 25 on the other to indicate the setting is for a .25 or 1/4 carat diamond. The top is 3/16" North to South by 5/8" long East to West. The bezel setting and side lugs are solid platinum and the rest of the ring is 18K yellow gold. The diamond is very crisp, clear, clean VS2 to SI1 quality with near colorless G color. VERY bright and sparkly. Ring size is 7 1/4. Weight is 2.9 grams. The antique Art Deco bezel is a fancy starburst. This is an older vintage late Art Deco to early Mid Century 1940s-1950s Handmade Native American Sterling Silver Pin with a large 14mm natural mined chalcedony or jade gemstone. It is from an Art Deco estate, has a worn maker mark under the pinback, and is all hand tooled. As can be seen on the photo of the back there are jeweler testing scratches and it is Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. The 14mm large cab stone is pale yellow mustard to beige to green colors. Indicative of chalcedony or American jade. Size is 1 5/16″ wide East to West by 5/8″ tall North to South. Small medium yet quite thick, chunky and well made. Other than some average age wear that is not eye catching when used it is in excellent overall condition. No tears or deep gauges. Tooling is still very deep and crisp, noticeable.
