Shipping Policy
All orders within the US are sent via USPS Ground Advantage in a cardboard jewelry box, padded with bubble wrap, and then sealed in another external box or envelope. Packaging is discrete and gives no indication jewelry is within the package. Insurance and Tracking are available, and you will receive tracking information once it is available.
International shipping is available for some orders, but is not the default for our website. Please use the contact form on our website and reach out to us if you are interested in purchasing but live outside of the US. We are always willing to help facilitate international sales.
Return Policy
- If you wish to return an item, please contact our store within 72 hours of receipt of your order. You may use the contact form on our website, or email us directly with the email we provide in our order confirmation email which you will have received upon paying for your item.
- Our store will acknowledge receipt of your intent to return the item.
- You must ship the item back to us within 72 hours of our acknowledgement that you wish to return the item with the following conditions:
- The item is returned by way of the original shipping method. All our orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. International orders are not subject to returns or refunds.
- You must purchase and provide tracking for the return package.
- You must purchase return postage.
- After our store receives your item it will be reviewed in good faith to check for defects or other material issues and we shall issue a full refund of your initial order. Please note that sending back empty packages or items that have been clearly damaged will not qualify for a refund.
