Lovely vintage 925 solid sterling silver and garnet toggle bracelet in size 7″. Extra link so it is adjustable down to 6 3/4″. It is late mid century 1970s to 1980s with somewhat of a brutalist flare. Width is 1/2″ across. Back is marked 925 for sterling silver quality. Weight is 20 grams. One element near the end is missing a tiny silver dot. Other than this it is in excellent condition. No repair. Could use a polishing. No dents or dings. No tears or deep scratches to the sterling silver. One stone has normal light surface scuffs. There are No chips or cracks to any of the stones. You can see this bracelet is hand crafted and older. All of the stones are rectangle cuts and bezel set and the back of each element has a small drill hole for light for each garnet. The stones are sparkly and the red color is more obvious is direct lighting. Bohemian garnets were very prevalent in the Victorian era and have retained their popularity over the years. They were originally found in Czechoslovakia during the 16th century. This is a lovely bracelet for your vintage jewelry collection. Good for day or evening wear.
