Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver Tall Sitting Cat Pin

Vintage hand made Mexican sterling silver modernist tall sitting cat pin. Marked 925, TA-109 t indicate Taxco Mexico origin. It measures 2 1/4″ tall by over 1″ wide across the body. It has fancy deep carved stylized modernist edges and is very well made. Condition is excellent having only light faint surface scuffs which could be polished out but not necessary.

Antique Chinese Silver 1920s stick pin with gold gilt and natural jade cabochon stones. It is marked Silver and tested as sterling silver quality. Collectors of Old Chinese import will recognize the "Silver" mark as sterling silver with gold gilt. It is fancy filigree with a raised gold edges and twisted gold bezels. The jade has natural age inclusions as you see in photos. The center stone is 5mm and the outer stones are 3mm each. All of the stones are medium apple green color with semi translucence. This is a vintage late Art Deco 1940s to 1950s mid century estate jewelry comedy, tragedy, theater drama, happy face, sad face pin in excellent, gently used condition. It is marked sterling (old block letter word sterling marking) and is tested and Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. There are circular loops at the sides so it can be used as a centerpiece for a necklace. Size measures 1 11/16" East to West by 5/8" tall North to South. Antique Edwardian 14k White Gold Rosettes Carved Shell Cameo Pin
For sale is an Edwardian to Early Art Deco hand carved cameo shell pin set in a 14k white gold frame. The frame features fancy fleur de lis prongs, filigree open work on the sides and an engraved twist design on the gold edges. The frame is marked 14k. Cameo has a beautifully carved border, rosettes, pansies, strong facial features and hair. Weight is 7.1 grams. Size is 1 3/4" tall North to South by 1 5/16" wide East to West. The condition is excellent with no cracks, chips, flakes, dents or damage. It has one thin scratch line on the back but it is not visible on the front. The natural shell has a deep curve which causes the cameo to sit higher in the setting on the top and bottom than on the sides. This is characteristic of the piece of shell that was used.
