It has several traits typical of mid-century Coro floral pins:
Smooth enamel or glass-look petals in bright turquoise/blueCluster rhinestone center

Silver-tone metal stem and openwork leaves

More simplified, modern floral design compared with the layered 1940s styles.

Construction style

The silver-tone metal and stylized leaves were very common in 1950s–early 1960s American costume jewelry.
