From an estate of a jewelry maker years ago this is is a group of 55 deep fancy carved natural bone beads that form 1 necklace. Some of the original string is still in the beads. They are graduated from 5mm to 12mm each, are already drilled for you and will form 1 necklace approximately 16 1/4″ to 16 1/2″ long. All of the beads are clean and in excellent condition overall. This is the way they originally came on one string prior to being professionally strung and displayed. The original owner and his family had a small jewelry boutique in White Plains, NY from the 1950s to the very early 2000s. They strung, sold and distributed various types of beaded jewelry like coral, bone, other natural materials, crystals etc….Most of this distribution went to neighboring Lord & Taylor and other local department stores in Westchester, NY.
