Fancy 1950s-1960s mid century sterling silver serving dish with a very pretty raised fancy scroll border on the edge. It is marked sterling, #6439 and also has a maker hallmark. Guaranteed solid sterling silver; Not plated. Weight is 5.4 troy ounces or 151.1 grams. Never monogrammed or inscribed. Size is 7″ across and the sides slope from 3/4″ to 1/2″. Great for a bottle of wine/champagne or serving nuts, candies, delicacies, small fruits, berries, small vegetables etc… It came from an estate and overall condition is excellent. Some light surface scratches from age but no dents or dings. No mono. No tearing or gauges. No repair. Cleaned but not freshly polished out. This is an antique zodiac Gorham Black Starr and Frost 1904 sterling silver name table spoon - Margh; this is the UK English Cornish name for Mark. This is a vintage 1940s-50s early mid century Reed & Barton, Renaissance fancy pierced sterling silver meat server, cold meat serving fork. It is marked Reed & Barton with old triple Reed & Barton hallmarks. It is also marked sterling and Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver......Not plated. The top has the ever popular fancy Art Nouveau Renaissance revival pattern. The tines are curved and pointed in opposing directions in order to pierce the meat. This is an exquisite, sterling silver terrapin fork, ice cream or pasta server made by the Mt. Vernon Co. of New York between 1909 - 1915 in the Angelo pattern. The Mt. International Sterling Silver Frontenac Tablespoon Group 4 Pieces
This is a lovely group of 4 fancy International Sterling Silver, Frontenac tablespoons or table serving spoons with a deeply recessed lily on top.
