This is a stunning antique platinum, gold diamond, sapphire ring from the early Art Deco period. Completely original, excellent condition estate ring. It has been professionally tested and is guaranteed to be platinum top and solid 14k gold mounting and band. The band is marked 14K. The mounting on this ring is fancy, beautiful and made well by hand. It has fancy filigree hand cut open work on the undermounting. It also has intricate and fancy millgrain work on all the edges. It holds gorgeous, high quality VS2 and SI1 (jeweler assessed as conservative) brilliant diamonds. They are crisp, clean and clear on all facets. The color is beautiful, G/H/I near colorless. All are exceptionally well matched in size, color and clarity, and are bright and lively. There are no dead stones, each one is stunning. The center diamond is surrounded by 8 original Art Deco baguette straight cut sapphires. Total Carat Weight is approximately .93 carat. Diamond weight is .61 carat.
