Vintage Art Deco French pendant, charm or fob of a sail boat or sailing ship from Paris, France with a letter R on the back. It was part of a group from an estate. All depict famous cathedrals and monuments in France. It is silverplated and has a textured front with a raised and tilted cathedral building and a hammered back. Size is 1 1/4″ tall by 1″ wide. Nice and chunky. Well detailed. No damage. Just polish the silverplate and you will have a lovely large statement piece for your vintage Art Deco charm bracelet or necklace chain.

Condition is very good to excellent with all gold intact. One is perfect like the day it was made. The other occasionally gets a tiny kink but readily flattens back out to normal. It has a small testing notch and is guaranteed to be old bakelite - NOT reproduction. Original owner was a jewelry manufacturer in NYC in the 1930s. It has a wide deep recess is unpolished and matte finished. Possible meant to be decorated. Condition is excellent. Could be worn the way it is or just add decoration around the recess for a more unique look. Size is 3/4" wide across. Thickness is almost 5/16". Diameter across the inside opening is 2 1/2".
