Early Art Deco 18K Gold Diamond Sapphire Ring 5 size with fancy filigree open work, from an estate, and in completely original condition. It is jeweler tested and Guaranteed to be solid 14K white gold. This is an early one with a very thin band, tiny bead work accents in the gold on the front, back, and sides and fancy geometric pierced open cut work like lacy filigree on the front and back undermount. Total carat gemstone weight is approximately .52 carat. The top center diamond is approximately .32 carat. It is an exceptionally clean, early brilliant cut. Very bright, clear, sparkly and very lively even without lighting. Slightly imperfect SI1/2 with G/H/I color. This is a beautiful, old diamond, brilliant with lots of life. Alongside the diamond are diamond cut sapphires that are very deep, dark, cobalt blue and original to the ring. Usually these rings are found with triangle cut sapphires so these diamond cuts are a bit unusual. Ring size is 5. Weight is 1.9 grams. Other than some age wear it is in excellent condition.
