Marked Sterling with old maker punchmark. Pendant is sterling silver. Chain is sterling silver. Bolt ring is not silver.
Size is 17 1/2″ long. Chain is 16 1/2″. Pendant is 1″ North to South. Small for women.
Chain is a mess. Knotted, twisted, tangled etc.
Pendant is excellent. Still nice and crisp and clear.

This is a vintage artist signed Southwestern sterling silver necklace with a large azurite malachite cabochon centerpiece. The chain is marked sterling, full work. The centerpiece has engraved maker/artist mark of DK 9 (see photo). All parts are jeweler tested and Guaranteed solid sterling silver. The centerpiece is handmade and the stone is hand cut. The chaining is vintage rope chain. The cabochon is quite large and measures 33.33mm across the top east to west shoulder to shoulder by 23.81mm north to south directly down the center of the stone. ( 1 5/16" x 15/16") There is some light surface abrasions from age when viewed with a loupe but this is such a busy, colorful stone that any age wear is not noticeable or eye obvious when on the neck. Size end to end is 14 7/8". The rope chaining is 1/8" across. Weight is 23.5 grams. This is a lovely showy vintage statement necklace for everyday use. The centerpiece is very strong and well made by hand.
Vintage Italian Sterling Silver Fancy Box Chain Necklace Mens Womens
For men or women this is a gorgeous, well made, heavy, vintage, Italian Sterling Silver, Very Long, fancy box chain necklace in excellent condition. 1970s-1980s. It is marked Italy, 925 and is also jeweler tested and Guaranteed solid sterling silver......Not plated. Beautifully made with a deeply recessed linear pattern on the box links. This is an extra long necklace and size measurements are 33" long end to end. Width is 3/16" and depth is 3/16". All of the sterling is solid, thick, and substantial. Weight is Heavy at 93.1 grams. It has a strong, secure lobster clasp and is in excellent overall condition. No damage or repair. Never altered. Still maintains its original bright shiny finish. Looks lovely worn alone or add a large dangle pendant. This box chain is highly noticeable and very showy.

Please see all photos so you can view the detailed carving on this necklace......In excellent condition and still having its original 1920s-1930s chain and bolt ring clasp this is a lovely vintage Art Deco sterling silver Chinese carved and pierced peony flowers carnelian or red jade necklace. It is old and not marked But is Tested and Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. Not plated. The centerpiece is 1 3/4" tall North to South by 15/16" wide East to West. The chain is 15 1/2" long for a smaller neck. The stone has beautiful deep floral carving that is pierced through with open work. The setting has 1920s-30s carved leaf prongs and the sides of the bezel are deeply carved all the way around. Stone translucence is good. No damage and never repaired. From an estate and in excellent original condition this is a gorgeous necklace for your jewelry collection.
