This is a very hard to find antique Edwardian Gorham Whiting sterling silver Buttercup sash dress buckle that was never monogrammed. It is very big and showy. Size is 3 3/4″ tall by 2 7/8″ wide across. The back is numbered 358 and has the old Whiting Hallmark as well as sterling marking and 925/1000. The fancy pattern is still deep and crisp. Weight is 39.1 grams. This is a gorgeous, rare buckle for your antique clothing or fancy silver collection.

Antique Victorian Edwardian 14k Yellow Gold 7.1gr Folding Lorgnette Frame Pendant W Handle No Glass
This is an antique late Victorian early Edwardian 14K yellow gold folding lorgnette with a fancy etched floral handle. It has very fine quality hand workmanship. The goldsmith work is also high quality. It is marked, tested and Guaranteed to be solid 14K gold....not plated or filled. Closed Size is 2 1/2" from top to bottom of handle by 2" wide across including the hinge. Opened it is 2 5/8" by 4 1/8". Weight is 7.1 grams. Condition is excellent. The rims are slightly off round. This is very slight and easily cured once the lenses are in place. The mechanism still works well. The back screw cover is missing if it ever had one to begin with.......This is 1.5mm and easily covered with a touch of solder if desired but not necessary...looks fine the way it is. The spring joint holds the glasses closed safely and securely. When the lever on the handle is moved down the eyeglasses readily pop open to the widest span. They also fold up with ease and stay securely locked in place. No tears or wear to the 14K gold. The fancy carved floral pattern on the both sides of the handle is still crisp and clear. No dents. For anyone with 2 lenses this is a gorgeous lorgnette for your antique gold jewelry collection or display. OR, just add a chain and it looks beautiful when worn. The 14K gold has lovely early crafting and the frames are still in excellent shape. They came from an estate where they had been carefully stored away for many, many years.

Antique Victorian Gold Filled Pocketwatch Fob Complete W Ribbed Cloth
In gorgeous well-preserved condition this is an antique Victorian ladies pocket watch fob that is complete with its original ribbed cloth, bolt clasp, hook and fittings. All gold is intact. NO GOLD WEAR. Never monogrammed. Looks like it was rarely if ever used. Size of the gold filled cartouche is 7/8" by 1/2". The cloth and hook measures 13" long. Across the cloth the width is just about 1/2". This is a lovely fob for any antique Victorian gold ladies pocketwatch.

Antique Sterling Silver Travel Clock World War 1 1919 Black Starr Frost
This is an antique Black, Starr , Frost sterling silver travel alarm clock presented to a naval officer by his staff in 1919. All of their initials/monograms are shown on the top as they were engraved by the Black, Starr , Frost jeweler. The case has a carved Greek Key design on the border and the inside has a hammered design. Hallmarked and marked Black, Starr , Frost. Clock is 15 jeweled, J.C. Tava, Swiss. The officer to which this was presented had the initial CMD as you see in the center cartouche on the front along with the 1919 year date of presentation. Size of case is 3 1/2" by 2 3/4" by 5/8' deep. The inside holds its original Black, Starr 8 day alarm clock which is no longer working. Jeweler says it needs a spring but the rest of the mechanism looks fine. The case is excellent condition. You can hear the loud snap as it closes securely in place and it stays closed. From an estate and not polished. It has one small scratch on the front. Weight is 219.1 grams which includes the clock. As you know, Black Starr , Frost were exclusive, expensive silversmiths in the early 1900s. They used very thick, high quality silver in their products and were competitors of Tiffany , Co. This is a most unusual estate find for any World War 1, clock or antique sterling silver collection. Completely original.
