Vintage Art Deco DF Briggs Carmen Expansion Sweetheart Bracelet
Antique late Victorian to early Art Deco original Carmen sweetheart expansion bracelet signed D.F. Briggs who was the original maker of the expansion bracelet from Attelboro, MA. These gold filled Carmen expansion bracelets were made between 1892 and 1922. This bracelet has very, very little wear on the "S" links. The gold is still 99% intact so what you are seeing in the photos is a lot of light reflection on the center of each "S" link. Actual bracelet has very little gold wear. It came from an estate many years ago and has lost some of its tightness. It will fit a size 7″ or ANY LARGER size that you need. It has a lot of stretch in it and will gpo to a double triple extra large if needed. This was used by a larger woman so it is stretched out will only spring back to a size medium; won't spring back for a size small. Width is 1/2″ wide across. It is beautifully detailed with a fancy repoussed top that goes all the way around. This is a lovely Victorian to early Art Deco statement bracelet for your vintage and antique gold jewelry collection. Carmen made beautiful bracelets that always look like solid gold once they are polished out.

This is a lovely, completely original, 1960s heavy gold plated multi color glass bracelet likely made by Florenza or Goldette. Oftentimes these chunky gold plated Goldette jewelry pieces were so heavily gold plated that maker marks became filled in or obscured by the gold. Frequently the marking is underneath the gold and not visible. This occurred with other well known makers as well. Other than some minor age wear on the back only it is in excellent overall condition. No dents or dings. No tears. Completely original from an estate from many years ago. Never altered or repaired. All stones are clear and intact having good strong colors. All are crisp and so sparkly that the gold is highly reflective rather than looking like a plain flat yellow gold. There is a beautiful mix of colors and all are set into very fancy gold settings as you see in the photos. Size is 7 1/2" long end to end laid out flat on a table by 1/2" wide and there is good thickness at 1/8". Very solid and heavy looking. This is a Vintage Signed Goldette Fancy Silver Spiral Bracelet Never Used. It is heavily silverplated and composed of spirals with fancy cut work on all edges. They loop entirely around the bracelet almost like a squiggle. Beautiful, no damage condition. It is old store stock from a 1970s jeweler's estate. No wear to the silver. Each linkage moves independently of its neighboring link. Like a slinky toy and similar to articulated jewelry. Size is 7 1/8" long end to end laid flat with the clasp end closed. Big Chunky 1950s Early Hard Plastic Extra Wide Bangle Bracelet - This is a very large thick chunky 1950s-60s late Art Deco Mid Century black bangle bracelet; looks and feels like old heavy bakelite but does not have the distinct odor of bakelite. Old, original and from an estate of a jewelry manufacturer. It has deep recesses that are matte finished, never polished out. Condition is excellent having very few minor scuffs and 1 tiny pinpoint ding. Thickness is almost 5/16". Diameter across the inside opening is 2 1/2". The inside circumference is almost 7 1/2" around. Pretty substantial and will fit most hand sizes.
