Description
This is an Art Deco key holder keychain with sterling silver locking hook attached to thick solid sterling oval chaining with a strong sterling silver bezel which holds a large 1935 Peruvian 5 Decimos Fino coin fob made of 500 coin silver from Lima, Peru. The locking clasp has a 925 punch mark on it to indicate sterling silver quality and the coin is 50% pure silver. It is hand crafted with a lovely round bolt style clasp on a long thick sterling hook with very strong sterling chaining. Size from top end of clasp to bottom of coin is 4 7/8″ long. The coin is almost 1 1/2″ across and the top ring is 7/8″ across. Weight is 34 grams. From an estate where it was not cleaned or polished or altered in any way. All original and excellent condition only having some tarnish on the coin. Coin was never cleaned or modified either. Most unusual key holder for anyone who collects Peruvian and hand crafted Art Deco sterling silver items.
