Antique Wrought Iron Architectural Ornament 6 1/4″ Salvage Furniture Wall Pre 1940s Decorative Arrows Daggers Door Furniture Frame Wall
Antique pre 1940s architectural salvage wrought iron half circles cross shape with arrows/daggers decorative architectural ornament. Size measures 5 1/4" across arrow tips on the diagonal. The edges are a little rough from the original making but fine for ornamentation/decorative work. Good for furniture or art embellishments, frames, wall hangings, repurposing projects, doors, walls, etc...
Vintage Cutie Pie Red Devil Child Imp Wall Pocket Googly Eyes Google Hard to Find Color Flowers Mid Century Ceramic
This is an adorable vintage 1950s Japan cutie pie wall pocket of a red devil imp child with googly eyes in a most unusual red color to match the devil imp theme. 1950s Japan, superb quality workmanship. Great painting. It is from an estate where it was well kept for many decades. The red, white, gray, and black are deep with brilliant color. The back and bottom are glazed white. Other than a very small glaze craze (Not an open crack) on the back edge it is in perfect condition overall. No cracks or chips. No flakes or breaks. No repair. Never repainted. Completed original and as excellent as possible for its age. Beautifully painted in a rare and harder to find color this is a wonderful addition for your vintage cutie pie collection of wall pockets. Size is 4 3/4" tall by 3 1/2" wide by just about 1 1/5" deep.
Mid Century 1950s Modernist Atterberg for Upsala Eckeby Swedish Modern Striped Tray Earthtones Nevada 8 3/4″ Wall Hanging Scandinavian
Designed by Ingrid Atterberg, leading designer for Upsala Eckeby, this is a lovely hand crafted earthenware tray in showy contrasting earth colored striped hand glazing. This Swedish modern striped effect was initiated by Atterberg in 1949 and carried into the 1950s whereupon she designed many products for Upsala Eckeby using this motif which has been referred to as "Nevada" given the comparison to the earthy colors of the Nevada landscape.
This personal hand tray is a lovely example of Atterberg's work and beautifully depicts the milk white to deep brown to golden striping that she is known for. It is from an estate where it has not been used in many years. Size is 8 3/4" wide across east to west by 6 3/4" north to south. Depth/height is 1/2". It could be used as a wall hanging to enhance your mid century decor. Also looks fine on a desk, accent table, vanity etc....It has one glaze flake on the very edge toward the underside which is quite small and measures about 1/8". This flake does not interfere with the earthenware structure which is fine and has no chips or flakes. We took an enlarged photos so you could see it clearly. Other than this the tray is in excellent overall condition. No cracks or chips. No breaks No repair. A lovely example of mid century Scandinavian artistry by a well known sculptural artist for your modernism collection.

Ingrid Magdalena Atterberg-Göransson (b. 1920 - d. 2008) was a celebrated epitome of illustrious Swedish ceramic design of the 20th century and a leading designer for Upsala Ekeby in the 1950s and 1960s. Atterberg is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
In 1944, she was employed at Upsala Ekeby, where appreciation for her works as a ceramicist continued to grow over the years. She was known for using 'manganese clay' in the 1940s and chamotte in the 1950s, and successfully developed her own glazes. In the late 1940s, her own collection called "Ekeby Verkstad" was born with a numbered series that began at 100.
During her career, Atterberg had several exhibitions and received a gold medal for her work in Italy as well as completing a number of public commissions.
Vintage Mid Century Stylized Sagitta Holland Copper Enamel Baby Deer Fawn Bambi Dish
Signed Sagitta Holland with the arrow maker mark this is a lovely example of mid century impressionism of a stylized baby deer like Bambi with exaggerated legs and neck in a forest at night amidst bright green enameled flora and yellow enameled fireflies. The fawn is white enamel with copper colored dots. The scene looks magical. Size is 5 1/2" across in diameter. Depth is 3/4". the back of the copper has age related brown patina marks that have not been polished out. Overall condition is excellent. No damage or repair. All enamel intact. No chips or cracks. A lovely impressionist signed collectible for your mid century collection. Also good for wall hanging. Lovely design and very pretty enameling.
Vintage 1934 Rebajes Copper Bull Tray Wall Hanging 5 11/16″ Trinket Vanity Dish Spoon Rest Art Deco 1930s Ferdinand the Bull and His Flowers
This is an original 1934 dramatic version of Ferdinand the Bull who loved his flowers made and signed by Frank Rebajes. Strong Art Deco depiction of Ferdinand in raised form solid copper. Size is 5 11/16" square with rounded corners. The center is concave probable to avoid spillage. The back has part of the original wall hangar but a piece of it is gone so you will either need a new hangar. Condition is excellent. No damage to the tray. never repaired. It has plenty of aged patina intact and was never polished out. Lovely addition for your artist and designer Art Deco collection.
Architectural Salvage Cast Iron Hinge Flap Fleur de Lis Screw on House Building Wall Post Column Door Knocker Plaque Decor Vintage Antique
These are old pre 1920s to 1800s architectural salvage retrieved in the 1960s. There is an antique hinge flap and french fleur de lis centered cross screw on decor for house, furniture, door, wall, column, post etc...Both are made of old cast iron and the fluer de lis has a gold finish on it. Hinge flap size is 3.5" by 2.25" The fleur de lis is 5.75" square.
