This is a stunning hard to find 1930s Art Deco to 1940s early Mid Century Modernist hand wrought Mexican Sterling Silver oversized salad serving set in the blossom pattern. Marked Mexico Sterling, the government mark prevalent in the 1920s to 1948 used to assay solid sterling silver quality. They were never monogrammed or inscribed. Weight is 7.75 troy ounces or 241.9 grams. They are from an estate and in excellent overall condition. No dents or dings. No gauges or deep scratches. No bends to the tines or anywhere else. Size of spoon is 9.25" north to south with a large 3" bowl. The fork also measures 9.5" north to south. This is a gorgeous salad server set for your dining table with striking Art Deco to early mid century design and fine quality hand workmanship. Very durable. Will last and last.

Mid Century Modernist Orchid Circle Pin Lapel Blouse Sterling Silver - Vintage 1950s 1960s modernist pin Handmade with concentric circles and blown out 2 dimensional flower which appears to be an orchid. The back is marked sterling, old full word block letter 1950s to 1960s sterling marking along with maker's mark. It has some age wear that looks like hammering to the inside lowest part of the circle. This is a handmade pin with the circles appearing to be handwrought. The locking clasp is strong and works well. Size is 1 1/2" across in diameter. A lovely, showy, vintage, modernist pin for your mid century jewelry collection.
