This is an antique French Hallmarked sterling silver sifting spoon with a very fancy pierced bowl. Guaranteed solid sterling silver....Not plated. The hallmark is hidden in the bowl....see phots of front of bowl. Size is 6 1/8" long. From an estate where it was kept in excellent condition. No damage. No repair. All piercings intact. No dents or dings or deep scratches. The top back has a monogram in a shield. See photo. This is a lovely, fine, rare French addition to add to your antique and vintage flatware collection for your formal dining table .
