Heavy Art Deco Retro 14k Rose Gold Ruby Diamond Ring - This is a lovely showy 1940s Art Deco Retro estate ring in original, excellent condition. It is marked 14K, tested and Guaranteed solid 14K gold.....Not plated or filled. The top has Art Deco futuristic design with a covex curved fan pattern alongside a deeply recessed concave scalloped edge pattern. The gemstones are prominently positioned within the concave section of the gold. Total carat gemstone weight is approximately .7 carats. The bezel set diamond is sparkly and noticeable, about .1 carat while the rubies are .6 carat. ****The actual rubies are much deeper darker red color than the photos. All stones are well matched in size and color. You can see in the photos that there is a solid back so you know this is an original, Art Deco ring. Additionally, it is very solid and well made so it will last and last. Both the band and the top are very thick and chunky. Ring size is 7. Weight is heavy at 9.7 grams. Condition is excellent. No dents or dings or deep scratches. Never altered or repaired. Very gently used. Very minor age wear. Size of top is just over 5/8" north to south by 3/4" east to west. This is a gorgeous, showy Art Deco ring for your collection.

Antique 1895 Victorian Edwardian 14K Gold Rose Diamond Emerald Ring Size 6 1/2
This is a gorgeous presentation dated 1895 late Victorian to early Edwardian long navette ring in solid 14K rose gold with original, natural rose cut diamonds, and old brilliant cut rubies and emeralds. It is heavily jeweled and very pretty. Like most Victorian gemstone rings the stones are cut in such a way as to provide a lot of sparkle in candlelight. You will see all of the small open cuts in the gold on the sides of the ring as well as the one long open marquise shaped cut on the back. Ring size is 6.5. Weight is 4.8 grams. Total carat gemstone weight is 1.32 carats. The top measures 1 3/16″ long north to south by 1/4″ wide east to west. It is a very long navette and works well to elongate the finger. The sides have lovely deep engraved scroll work with millgrain beaded edges in the gold and open cut work at the tops of the shank. The top rose cut diamonds are very noticeable as Victorian. The rubies and emeralds have strong deep color and are also very showy. All stones have their natural individual characteristics and inclusions which are not eye visible at all. There is engraving on the inside of the band with fancy script initials and a year date of 95. This ring has an old resize which is still very strong. There are not dents, dings, repairs, tears or other damages. From an estate from years ago this is a stunning, example of the original Victorian navette ring for your antique fine gold jewelry collection.
