Vintage Birmingham British English Sterling Silver Cobalt Blue Enameled Compact Ladies
Excellent Condition. No worn enamel. No repair. Sorry for the photo glare. This is a stunning cobalt blue enameled ladies compact with 1955 Birmingham English Sterling Silver hallmarks and the British royal crown on top. Size is 3" across. Weight is 121.5 grams. From an estate. The inside has its original mirror finish and looks like it was rarely used. Other than a few light surface scratches on the inside it is in wonderful condition. All of the cobalt blue enamel work is intact. It was never monogrammed or inscribed. The back has a fancy weave pattern in the sterling that is still crisp. There are no dents or dings. This is a gorgeous vintage statement compact for your English Silver collection.
Vintage Italian Micromosaic Gold Plated Screw Key Ring Keychain Mico Mosaic
This is a lovely pair vintage hand made Italian micromosaic and gold plated screw style key ring. Each micromosaic end screws off the ring for easy access to change, remove or add keys. Size is 1 5/8" across from the end of one mosaic half sphere to the end of the other. Height from the top of the micromosaic to the bottom of the U shaped ring is 1 1/4". The micromosaic sections are 5/8" across each. This is a lovely estate item for your vintage and antique ladies accessories collection. It is all original and the tops have bright colorful mosaic tile work.
Vintage Designs From The Deep Brass Houndstooth Hair Jewelry Barrette France
From the estate of a jewelry collector who lived a few blocks away from the original artists of Designs From The Deep jewelry. This is a vintage Designs from the Deep houndstooth and violet flowers barrette made of solid OLDER HEAVY GAUGE BRASS. For those of you who collect DFTD jewelry you will recognize that it is from one of DftD's older lines of jewelry. It is beautifully HAND CRAFTED and well-decorated with lots of raised baubles. Condition is excellent. Size is 4" across by 2 1/4" tall in the center. The brass is solid and strong. The clasp is marked Made in France and works well. The DftD logo Artist Marking is impressed into the back. These artists are known for their use of fine quality unique handcrafting using various vintage animal, people, autos, fruit, vegetable decoupage designs layered with a plastic resin coating. This is from one of their earlier lines of jewelry and in excellent condition and beautifully decorated...carefully stored away for years.
Vintage Belle De Rauch Eau De Toilette Parfum Atomiseur Refill In Box 2oz Paris
This is a bottle of vintage De Rauch, Belle De Rauch Eau de Toilette spray atomizer refill in its original box. Excellent condition. The bottle is still 60% to 65% full. Size is 2 ozs bottle. Nice unusual and harder to find item for anyone who collects vintage fragrances.
Vintage 1920s 1930s Art Deco Gold Plate Filled M Jr HS Pin Pendant
This is an older vintage 1930s Art Deco Junior High School Pendant Pin in gold plate/fill with blue and white enameling. Front reads "M Jr HS". Size measures 1/2" across in diameter. iThe pinback rod is 1930s Art Deco era where the rod pushes down into the center of the clasp and then you close it with the lever rather than later clasps where the rod pushes in underneath the clasp. It has a shiny pebbled gold front with a matte gold back. The back has engraved J. L. O. initials with a space between each letter. It came from an estate in Westchester County, NY many decades ago and is likely associated with the NYC public school system during the Art Deco era. Other than needing a good polishing it is in very good used condition. All original. Never altered or repaired. The dark spots you see on the enlarged photo are minimal on the pin itself. Clasp work well. The ring bail for a necklace is secure.
Antique Sterling Silver Travel Clock World War 1 1919 Black Starr Frost
This is an antique Black, Starr , Frost sterling silver travel alarm clock presented to a naval officer by his staff in 1919. All of their initials/monograms are shown on the top as they were engraved by the Black, Starr , Frost jeweler. The case has a carved Greek Key design on the border and the inside has a hammered design. Hallmarked and marked Black, Starr , Frost. Clock is 15 jeweled, J.C. Tava, Swiss. The officer to which this was presented had the initial CMD as you see in the center cartouche on the front along with the 1919 year date of presentation. Size of case is 3 1/2" by 2 3/4" by 5/8' deep. The inside holds its original Black, Starr 8 day alarm clock which is no longer working. Jeweler says it needs a spring but the rest of the mechanism looks fine. The case is excellent condition. You can hear the loud snap as it closes securely in place and it stays closed. From an estate and not polished. It has one small scratch on the front. Weight is 219.1 grams which includes the clock. As you know, Black Starr , Frost were exclusive, expensive silversmiths in the early 1900s. They used very thick, high quality silver in their products and were competitors of Tiffany , Co. This is a most unusual estate find for any World War 1, clock or antique sterling silver collection. Completely original.
Vintage World War 2 1940s Art Deco Never Used Sweetheart Compact Orig Box Puff
Never used, in the original box and in beautiful condition this is a lovely 1940s Art Deco Sweetheart compact. Part of a group of really old store stock accessories. It is 2 7/8" tall by 2 5/8" wide. It also has its original puff and old tissue wrap. Any White spots you see are light reflection. Hard to find these War era "Sweetheart" accessories and in such beautiful condition. This is a lovely compact for your collection.
Antique Gorham Whiting Buttercup Edwarian Sterling Silver Sash Dress Buckle
This is a very hard to find antique Edwardian Gorham Whiting sterling silver Buttercup sash dress buckle that was never monogrammed. It is very big and showy. Size is 3 3/4" tall by 2 7/8" wide across. The back is numbered 358 and has the old Whiting Hallmark as well as sterling marking and 925/1000. The fancy pattern is still deep and crisp. Weight is 39.1 grams. This is a gorgeous, rare buckle for your antique clothing or fancy silver collection.

Beautifully made, this is a very large fancy antique Victorian to early Art Nouveau sterling silver belt or sash buckle. It is marked and guaranteed to be solid sterling silver....not plated. Size is 3" long by 2.5" wide. The sterling silver is very thick, solid and strong. Weight is heavy at 43 grams. Other than some light surface age wear it is in Excellent Original condition. No dents. This is an early Swank 1930s Art Deco 12K gold filled belt buckle in excellent condition. Marked 12K GF. It is very thick and solid. Never monogrammed. Size is 1 13/16" long by 1 1/8" wide across. Will fit a 1" belt. Part of a group of old store stock buckles. There is very minimal surface age wear and the front is in gorgeous crisp clean condition. It still even has its original bright, shiny gold finish. The back is tarnished, not polished out. This is a lovely period buckle for any Art Deco accessories or mens/wowens jewelry collection.
Large Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Enameled 3 1/8″ Sash Pin W Fleur De Lis
This is a very large antique Victorian enameled sterling silver sash pin with tiny gold enameled fleur de lis around the borders and in the corners along with tiny gold stars. It also has a light gold wash on the back. Size is 3 1/8" long East to West by 2" tall North to South. It is beautifully made by hand and the tiny worn enamel spots you see in the photo are NOT as noticeable in person at all. The sterling is thick and substantial. Weight is HEAVY at 46.1 grams. An absolutely gorgeous Victorian sash pin for your collection.
Rare Vintage 1930s Art Deco Met Life Insurance Sterling Silver Coin $100,000 Club
This is a rare estate find for your Art Deco sterling silver collection featuring the Art Deco Metrolopolitan Life Building in NYC. It is a 1935 sterling silver commemorative award coin which was presented to one Irving Bongar in 1935 for the 25th anniversary of the $100,000 club. Size is 1 3/4″ across. Weight is 30.4 grams. Condition is excellent. All still nicely raised, deeply recessed, crisp, and clear (better than photos show). It is also beautifully made with very fine detail. This is a lovely, hard to find estate item for any Art Deco or architectural enthusiast OR just add a bezel for a fob or Art Deco pendant necklace. It is an excellent depiction of the large Art Deco Met Life Building in NYC.
