About pre Mark 1950s Florenza Brooches,
Google AI:

Florenza jewelry can come unmarked, although the company (Dan Kasoff Inc.) typically signed its pieces with “Florenza”. Unmarked items usually include early 1950s pieces (pre-trademark), items where only one piece of a set was signed (often the necklace or bracelet), or pieces featuring paper tags.

Why Some Pieces Are Unmarked: Some pieces were intended to have only a hang tag, especially when produced for resellers who used their own branding or for designs deemed not unique enough for a stamp.

Identifying Unmarked Pieces: Collectors identify unsigned Florenza by its unique features, such as specific textured plating on the back, “Tiffany-style” prong settings (multiple faux prongs around stones), and signature stone choices (e.g., cameos, art glass, aurora borealis).

Common Marks: When marked, the pieces usually feature “Florenza” in block or script lettering, often with a copyright symbol after 1955.
