Description
This is an antique Art Deco clip with early rhinestone/paste stones and a silver or rhodium plated base metal. It is missing one stone and there is wear to the back of the clasp. The pin itself is still all bright shiny silver and has no wear to the plating. Both the front and back excellent with all of the plating intact and still quite bright and shiny. Only the clasp has age wear. The stones are also still sparkly. Additionally, the front is fancy with areas of 1920s millgrain throughout and lovely filigree openwork that is very noticeable. Size measures 1 1/4″ tall north to south by 15/16″ wide east to west. The clasp is still tight and strong. Having multiple used this is a beautiful fur, coat, pin clip for your antique jewelry collection. These also look lovely as floating centerpieces for necklaces.
