This is a large vintage mid century Scandinavian David Andersen sterling silver quad or 4 leaf enamel pin. Marked with 2 hallmarks, DA, 925 S, Sterling, Norway. Size is almost 2 9/16″ wide by about 1 1/4″ North to South. It is beautifully made with very pretty blue enameling and a gold overlay on the back. In excellent condition, this is a lovely large vintage statement pin by a well-known maker for your collection.

This is a Large Vintage Scandinavian David Andersen 4 Leaf Enameled Sterling Silver Pin mid century Norway, David Andersen. It has mid century age and is signed DA with Norway sterling silver markings. Marked with 2 hallmarks, DA, 925 S, Sterling, Norway. It is also jeweler tested and Guaranteed solid sterling silver. The back has a strong gold wash that is still all intact. Usually, the gold wash wears with age but this pin was kept in excellent condition. Additionally, these old Andersen leaf pins are more commonly found in the 1 or 2 leaf design. This is a better quad or 4 leaf design with the leaves hanging upward or downward, your choice.

Size is just about 2 9/16″ wide by about 1 1/4″ North to South. It is beautifully made with very pretty blue enameling and a good gold wash on the back. It is from and estate and in excellent condition overall. No dents or dings. There are no alterations or repairs of any kind. Completely original. All enamel is bright, well colored and totally intact. Given the larger than average size having 4 leaves and its excellent condition this is a lovely example of a well-known maker pin brooch for your vintage jewelry collection.
