This is a very late Art Deco vintage large carnelian cabochon tall ring in sterling silver with very fancy filigree open work. It has old mark full word “sterling” block letters. It has a very tiny cut mark on the back edge where is was jeweler tested and is Guaranteed to be solid sterling silver with its original natural red brown carnelian cabochon gemstone. It is from an estate and in excellent, gently used condition. Completely original. Never altered or repaired in any way. Two small scratches on the bezel. No chips, flakes, cracks or damage to the stone. The sterling is not polished. The setting is very ornate and all hand cut and handmade by a silversmith. Size of top is 13/16″ by 5/8″. Ring size is 7. Weight is 6.5 grams. The stone 15mm large. This is a lovely tall fancy handmade gemstone ring for your antique and vintage collection.

Antique Art Deco Platinum 14K Gold .93Ct Diamond Sapphire Ring
This is a stunning antique platinum, gold diamond, sapphire ring from the early Art Deco period. Completely original, excellent condition estate ring. It has been professionally tested and is guaranteed to be platinum top and solid 14k gold mounting and band. The band is marked 14K. The mounting on this ring is fancy, beautiful and made well by hand. It has fancy filigree hand cut open work on the undermounting. It also has intricate and fancy millgrain work on all the edges. It holds gorgeous, high quality VS2 and SI1 (jeweler assessed as conservative) brilliant diamonds. They are crisp, clean and clear on all facets. The color is beautiful, G/H/I near colorless. All are exceptionally well matched in size, color and clarity, and are bright and lively. There are no dead stones, each one is stunning. The center diamond is surrounded by 8 original Art Deco baguette straight cut sapphires. Total Carat Weight is approximately .93 carat. Diamond weight is .61 carat. Sapphire weight is approximately .32 carat. Ring size is 6 1/2. Size of top is 3/4" long North to South by 1/2" wide East to West by 1/4" tall off the finger line in the center. Condition is excellent, with very gentle use and minor age wear to the band. The diamonds and sapphires are fine. The filigree open work is fine, and the shank is still thick. This is a 14K yellow gold, Pyrope Bohemian Garnets and Australian opals ring. Marked, tested and guaranteed to be solid 14K gold. It is large, heavy and very well made. The top measures 3/4" long on the diagonal by 11/16" wide by over 1/4" tall. Ring size is 6 1/2. Weight is 6.1 grams. It has 2.25 carats of showy, dark red Pyrope Bohemian Garnets and 3 small fire opal accents with blue green aqua teal color. Condition is extremely excellent. It has one teeny, tiny pinpoint mark on the band which was found with a loupe and could be polished out but not needed...not eye noticeable. No damages. No repairs. Completely original. No breaks to the stones. No wearing down of the gold. This is a gorgeous showy ring for your collection.
