Sterling Silver Marcasites Swarovski Crystals Basket Pendant Pin
This is a vintage Swarovski Crystals basket of flowers pendant pin set in solid sterling silver with cut steel marcasites made in 1986 by Crystogems Crystal Brands of Rhode Island using beautiful Swarovski crystals. The back is maker mark with the crystogems M mark and sterling mark. It is also jeweler tested and guaranteed to be solid sterling silver. It is hand jeweled and the Swarovski crystals are prong set and have open backs. The colors are vivid emerald, amethyst, citrine and blue topaz. Beautifully jeweled. The sterling silver basket has a fancy twisted handle and fancy intricately cut edges like millgrain work throughout. Surrounding the flowers are sparkly cut steel faceted marcasites. All of the jeweling is original and all of the marcasites are intact. It is very well made with a strong locking clasp and thick hinged bail. Size is 1 1/4″ tall by 7/8″ wide across the center. Condition is excellent, very gently used. This is a lovely, well made pendant pin for your vintage jewelry collection. Just add a chain and you will have a vintage drop necklace.
