This is an antique Edwardian 14k Yellow Gold Bohemian Garnets Pin Garnet made between 1910 and 1920. It is quite stunning having 16.9 carats of all natural mined, sparkling Bohemian Red Garnets. Tested and guaranteed solid 14K….not plated or filled. The HAND CRAFTING is superb. As you can see in the photo it is completely hand-made in multiple layers. The goldsmith work is even and exceptional as it was completed with extra supports in the 14K gold so it is very, very strong. Additionally, it has gorgeous pierced open work on the back for light flow underneath the stones. The back has a better quality pull out, push in clasp which is attached to a block of gold extending up from the back rather than being placed directly onto the flat gold back. The slanted photos show you the quality of the gold thickness. The front holds 16.9 carats of original, antique, deep fire red, Bohemian Garnets and all are well-matched in size and color. All are clean and brilliant with lots of internal glowing red color and plenty of sparkle. Weight is 17.3 grams. Size is 1 3/4″ across. Having such superior antique crafting and being in excellent, original, never repaired condition makes this is a wonderful addition for your antique gold jewelry collection. 1920s Chinese Sterling Silver Gold Gilt Jade Stickpin Stick Pin
Antique Chinese Silver 1920s stick pin with gold gilt and natural jade cabochon stones. It is marked Silver and tested as sterling silver quality. Collectors of Old Chinese import will recognize the "Silver" mark as sterling silver with gold gilt. It is fancy filigree with a raised gold edges and twisted gold bezels. The jade has natural age inclusions as you see in photos. The center stone is 5mm and the outer stones are 3mm each. All of the stones are medium apple green color with semi translucence. Size is 2 1/4" long. The head is 5/8" across. Condition is excellent. Any dark spots you see in photos are old age tarnish and need polishing. All of the gold gilt is intact showy gold. From an estate and left completely original. All good filigree. This is a lovely antique Chinese import jade stick pin for your collection.

Retro Art Deco Sterling Silver Red Glass Rhinestone Insect Pin
This is a great big showy Art Deco retro sterling silver insect pin with rhinestones and a large ruby glass center. It is Marked Sterling. Also tested and Guaranteed solid sterling silver. As it has some light remnants of a light gold wash it is original vermeilled jewelry from the 1930s. Most of the gold wash has worn with age. It has all around light age wear. It is also handmade. If you look at the photos you can see the soldering joints near the bottom of the prongs for the red glass stone and in the same places in the back. All of the stones are bright, clear, deeply colored. No cracks, chips, nicks, flakes, or abrasions. All good stones. The sterling would look great with a professional jeweler polish. Other than this, it is in excellent condition. Very geometric in form it is readily identifiable as Art Deco Retro period. Size is large at 2 7/8" long by 1 1/2" wide across. Weight is 20.3 grams. This is a lovely and highly noticeable statement pin for your vintage art deco or insect jewelry collection. Very stylized in form.
