1940s Handkerchief Group 4 World War 2 WW2 Hankies – This is a group of 4 ladies hankies from the 1940s sent home to sister from soldier. They are all silk taffeta. Sorry for the photo glare. The only one with any age discoloration is the purplish gray one. All of the others have good even color. They are from an estate from years ago where they have been put away for many decades. Two are embroidered AAE which I assume is American Air Force. None have any tears or holes. Both the blue one and the pink one have lost their AAE and the blue one lost its star. Other than needing the AAE stitched back into the handkerchiefs this group was kept in very good condition. Photos show you each full side of each individual handkerchief.

Antique Hand Wrought Iron Silver Tracery Figural Pepper Slider Snuff Box
Antique late Art Nouveau to Early Art Deco Figural Pepper Sliding Snuff Box. Handwrought Iron with Silver Tracery Pepper Flowers on Top. This is a slider. Does not lock. Never had a lock. Other than some age wear to the silver tracey it is in excellent condition. Slider works freely and easily. Size is 2" North to South from pepper stem to bottom of pepper. Width is 1 3/16" East to West across body of the pepper. Height is 5/8" tall. A lovely unusual antique figural snuff box originally for pepper snuff for your collection.

RARE Antique 1914 Bronze and Copper Orig Elks Lodge Pendant Wall Fixture
Originally from an Elk's Lodge in New York City this is a very rare and hard to find antique 1868 to 1914 Elks Hanging Pendant Fixture for wall, foyer or above doorway. I understand that very, very few of these exist today. The elk is made of solid bronze (NOT plated) and the back is solid copper (not plated). The chain is original. The insignia of the state of NY is prominently applied to the front. Size without the chain is 8" across in diameter. Depth is 4 1/2" from the tip of the antler to the back of the base. The back has a lot of age wear oxidation and patina which could be polished down to the copper. The front has an applied painted finish that is wearing off. The back has a lot of age patina. Other than this it is excellent. No dent or dings. No damage or repair. Sits flat on table without a wobble. Still all even. This piece would be lovely stripped down to its original bronze and copper. A great, authentic, original item for an advanced Elks collector.
