Vintage Art Deco 14K Gold Pink Tourmaline Rubellite Diamond Ring Size 7.75
Vintage Art Deco 14K Gold Pink Tourmaline Rubellite Diamond Ring Size 7.75 - Art Deco Estate Jewelry - This is a vintage 1940s late Art Deco to early mid century large pink tourmaline rubellite solitaire ring in solid 14K yellow gold with natural mined diamonds. It is stamped 14K, old worn marking.
This pink tourmaline rubellite is very, very clean so it is either radiated, treated or an early man made stone. Very pretty with gorgeous, vivid, clear fuschia pink red color with strong highlights and plenty of strong sparkle. It measures 12mm in size, is oval cut, and has is approximately 3 carats large. It is set into a low, 4 prong, 1930s-1940 solid basket mounting. Hand applied to the sides are 14K white gold rectangular mountings with millgrain edges and bright, sparkly, natural, early single cut diamonds. Total carat diamond weight is approximately .12 carat. They have better than average clarity and color so they are quite noticeable particularly because of their very identifiable Art Deco geometric shaped mounts.
Ring Size is 7 3/4
